Mia Saunders just barely escaped a paltry life back home in Las Vegas until she gets the call that her Father has been beaten to within an inch of his life for not paying his gambling debt. Problem is, the lone shark is her lousy, ruthless ex-boyfriend. Another guy in a long line of men she’d fallen head over heels for. Not anymore. Mia’s mission is simple. Serve as a high-priced escort for her Aunt’s company and pay monthly against her Father’s bad debt. A month with a rich man who she doesn’t have to sleep with if she doesn’t want to? Easy money. At least that’s the way it was supposed to go. Each installment in the Calendar Girl Serial will release every month throughout 2015. The stories will feature Mia, told from her perspective as she continues her journey as an escort to twelve clients in twelve different locations. Warning: This book is designed for audiences 18+ due to language and graphic sexual content.

I gave this book 4 stars and this is why; Many people put this book off as being the next big thing since Fifty Shades of Grey. I am here to say that no, no its not. Its as if the author wants to talk more than to make this an actual sexual book.
Here we have Mia, trying to get enough money for her father to save his life from gambling mobs, however if she doesn't get the money in time not only will they kill her father but they will also come after her and her sister.
So Mia takes a job with her aunt Millie escorting rich men, but she doesn't have to sleep with them she just has to be their date. Well the author starts mia off as being a strong woman who puts off love from now on. thats until she meets Weston Channing the III, Then she turns into a whore, before the first date is even over she is dropping her clothes for him and going at it. I will Admit that the sex was steamy but it was not as detailed as what Fifty Shades was, it was a little cleaner than that series.
However I did find the book funny, and enjoyable, I was able to stay interested in the book the whole time and figured what the hell I'll even look into the second book to see how she does as a nudest for an artist.
I do believe that we will see more of Weston in the next few months, they were pretty steamy and seemed to love each other. HOWEVER he went from being all dreamy and "this is the rules don't break them". to breaking them himself and falling in love with Mia before she does. He turned into a needed man that wanted all her attention, sald that made the story get a little less interesting.
I do recommend this series to followers looking for something that is pretty decent. However I would never compare this series to Fifty Shades of Grey and the person that did surely did not read these books or at least the Fifty Shades books for that matter.
