From bestselling author Anne Rice, writing as A.N. Roquleaure. In the traditional folktale of 'Sleeping Beauty,' the spell cast upon the lovely young princess and everyone in her castle can only be broken by the kiss of a Prince. It is an ancient story, one that originally emerged from and still deeply disturbs the mind's unconscious. Now Anne Rice's retelling of the Beauty story probes the unspoken implications of this lush, suggestive tale by exploring its undeniable connection to sexual desire. Here the Prince reawakens Beauty, not with a kiss, but with sexual initiation. His reward for ending the hundred years of enchantment is Beauty's complete and total enslavement to him…as Anne Rice explores the world of erotic yearning and fantasy in a classic that becomes, with her skillful pen, a compelling experience.

Before we begin this review I would like my readers and followers to know that this review is for mature adults only I would like Y. A to please not get on this review because of the details we will be going into. This is also not for people who have issues with their sexual behavior this is not Fifty Shades of Grey and it is highly more detailed than anything Sylvia Day could ever hope to accomplish in her boring books.

So lets begin. So when I got this book I was excited because it looked different and I have over the years since reading Fifty Shades of Grey seen and read books based around children beloved fairy tales. This book however has changed my whole view of Sleeping Beauty forever....I will never look at that movie the same again sadly. (But in a good way).

When the Prince comes to Beauty's castle to wake her he does not simply give her a kiss and falls in love with her.....Oh no he rips her dress open slowly with his sword and proceeds to have sex with her then kisses her mid-climax and wakes her up and keeps having sex with her. Once she and the castle is awake he just sits back and tells the servants to find him dinner and the King....Through all this he never lets Beauty get dressed and the whole time she is crying like none stop (which was annoying). Once the King thanks Prince for waking them all up he ask to have his daughter back with her family but its not that simple, they do not ride off into the sunset and get married and live happy ever after, because this is not that kind of fairy tale at all.

So Prince tells the King you know what happens now I want a horse and I was the town to see Beauty in all her glory without clothes. she is to be my slave and once she has passed her training she will safely be returned back to you and her people. So of course this King cannot say no because he and his wife were slaves when they were younger to Princes's mother. So Beauty (Still crying) has to show her body to everyone while they go all the way back to the Princes's castle BUT it only gets more crazy from here....

Beauty meets The Prince mother, which she then ties beauty up to a post with legs and arms spread out and she lines all her subjects and slave holders up and proceeds to let them star at beauty touch her and I mean EVERY WHERE but they are not allowed to have sex with her or arouse her in any way because that's the Princes's job.

so if this is not humiliating enough the Prince has a temper and proceeds to show Beauty exactly what happens when another slave looks at her or she looks at them. Beauty falls for another slave called Prince Alexi and once the Prince see's this he quickly shows her who it just is that she is supposed to love and listen too:

"The Prince kicked Prince Alexi's legs wide apart and taking Beauty's head roughly in his left hand so that he might kiss her, he drove his organ into Prince Alexi's anus."

The male on male and female on female sex scenes are huge in this book and highly detailed.

"Squire Felix walked back and forth restlessly. Then he looked at the Prince, and it seemed he turned his head from left to right as though listening. Beauty held her breath. She was terrified she might be discovered. Squire Felix drew near to Prince Alexi and putting his arms around his hips, he covered Prince Alexi's organ with his mouth and began sucking it."

some of these type parts in this book I had to just pass I could not handle them as well as I thought I could.

by the end of the book Beauty tried to get away from the castle but she is caught and as her punishment she is sent to the Village which to the slaves is a worse place to go than the castle.

This book was a real eye opener, it shows you just what bondage sex it and how crazy it can get with people who like to be tortured during sex, I could never do something like this I was highly embarrassed by this book but sadly I just could not put it down I enjoyed it. I recommend it to only people who are mature about sex books and can read this with an open mind only. I think you will like to see just how bad Fifty Shades is compared to this book.
