Book one:

Eating five stars two thumbs up for the show featured 3 seasons on Netflix.

For many years no one has set foot on Earth since the nuclear war. Now 100 juvenile teens are being sent to earth on a mission to see if it's servivable.

They believed they were the first humans to set foot on earth but what they quickly find out is others are there and have been there longer than them.

Bbreview:

So I watched the show on Netflix this past week while wrapping presents for Christmas. Honestly because there was nothing new on there and I was bored of watching fuller house and it's bad actors attempt to be funny. Anyways the show was good not omg amazing. I loved the violence the few romances that blossomed and the plot of the first two seasons. However when they added the chip in the 3rd season I couldn't stop thinking so this is the book and movie Host all over again. I'm sure you all remember that movie. Where aliens take over the host of humans bodies by being implanted in there necks and have different eye color. So change it around to being a computer that controls you still puts a chip in you and boom you got the same story line.

So in the book we have four main characters

Wells the chancellors son who endangered his people to come to earth to follow the girl he loves

Clarke confined for helping her parents kill innocent kids while testing and who hates wells guts but can't seem to make her mind up on who she wants

Glass jumped off the drop ship to find the love of her life. She was pardoned and sent back home only to find out that the main ship is dying and the people inside are running out of air.

Bellamy jumped on the drop ship to save his sister Octavia from going to earth alone. But while on earth he falls in love with Clarke finds out his sister is a drug addict and he can hunt really well.

The story hit a few boring parts I didn't care for glass and her boyfriends love story it sounded too much like Romeo and Juliet. Clarke in this one was better than in the show she didn't always try to be the hero and savior wells actually lived through the first book but died in the first episode of the show (boring) and Bellamy is an asshole on the show a know it all cock who thinks he can control everyone kill at willing and be the main lion of the group whereas Olin the book he is more down to earth takes orders from wells and hunts for the whole group and not to just be the leader. He's also better with caring for his sister in the book than on the show.

In all this book is the same story line as the red queen glass sword the hunger games divergent and the host And the Maze runner. But unlike all them books this one does not have a girl hero or a boy hero it's more equal so far and I liked that.

Stay tune for my review on the second book coming I hope before Christmas if not MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR.
